RARE Video of The Father of Modern Day Hypnosis Milton H. Erickson Performing A Live Trance Induction
Rumor has it the old hypnotherpist called them “Bandit and Swindler”.
A rigorous professor, very protective of his trade secrets – he wasn’t comfortable sharing how hypnotherapy worked with outsiders.
However, after many unsuccessful attempts, Dr. Milton H. Erickson lets Bandler and Grinder in his home.
He was among the first people the two have modeled… using a technique that allows people to simulate human behavior as accurately as possible.
Modeling is at the root of what we call Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) today.
Anyway, after a fair bit of hesitation I’ve decided to publish a rare video of the master of hypnotherapy and the father of modern day hypnosis, Dr. Milton H. Erickson performing a live trance induction in front of the camera.
It’s nothing short of amazing to watch him work.
Now when you click the “Like” button, the video will be unlocked for you automatically.
Have fun watching it… And spread the word!

Thank you for sharing this video. The legacy of this man is undoubted, having influenced many figures in the field, including Jeffrey K. Zeig and Stephen Brooks. In the field of training, he influenced the techniques used by firms like Erickson College International or Gustav Käser Training International. These methods and techniques have proved to be essential when coachees communicate with training participants.

I’ve heard about Erickson’s hypnotism profession before in some psychology books and through my studies, but I had a tough time searching for videos of his work or demonstration as records dates back more than 40 years ago. Kudos for such a rare share! It was really nice to see such an interesting live demonstration.
