Here is what “America’s #1 Millionaire Maker” has to say about me. No, I’m not making that up – the National Speaker’s Association actually calls him that. Robert G. Allen is the #1 New York Times Bestselling author of Nothing Down Real Estate, One Minute Millionaire, Multiple Streams of Income, Creating Wealth. Thank you, Bob. This means a lot to me!

Read more →So you want to learn some quick techniques that magically turn your prospects into buyers, clicking away buying whatever you have to offer. Sure, I’ll help you. But with a word of warning: these are some of the most powerful communication techniques available to humankind, so after learning how to do all of that you’re going to feel you have all the power in the world. And that won’t be too far from the truth either. Except if you are blunt about it, you’ll be busted for being manipulative. So be smart and practice. Now before I give you a list, remember when you were back at school and there were two types of lessons. There were the dull ones, where the teacher gave you a lecture, made you read the book, and then had you write […]
Read more →Rumor has it the old hypnotherpist called them “Bandit and Swindler”. A rigorous professor, very protective of his trade secrets – he wasn’t comfortable sharing how hypnotherapy worked with outsiders. However, after many unsuccessful attempts, Dr. Milton H. Erickson lets Bandler and Grinder in his home. He was among the first people the two have modeled… using a technique that allows people to simulate human behavior as accurately as possible. Modeling is at the root of what we call Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) today. Anyway, after a fair bit of hesitation I’ve decided to publish a rare video of the master of hypnotherapy and the father of modern day hypnosis, Dr. Milton H. Erickson performing a live trance induction in front of the camera. It’s nothing short of amazing to watch him work. Now when you click the […]
Read more →It all began when Robert B. Dilts started using an NLP technique called modeling on one of the main creators of NLP Richard Bandler. Bandler is an outstandingly persuasive salesperson, and Dilts wanted to acquire his skills using modeling. The pair turned up with 14 different patterns they named Sleight of Mouth Patterns. They decided to call them that after the term “sleight of hand” – a set of hand skills that illusionists and card sharks use to perform most of their tricks. In sales and copywriting Sleight of Mouth, sometimes also called conversational hypnosis is mostly used to handle certain objections. So, when research shows me the common objections to buying what I’m selling, I’ll sometimes include a Q&A section, or an imagined dialogue. That’s going to put the Sleight of Mouth patterns in context for […]
Read more →I heard T. Harv Eker was once a copywriter too – learning Neuro-Linguistic programming and becoming interested in subconscious influence. He is now one of the biz-op public speakers with a following of hundreds of thousands of people. He does an amazing job when it comes to motivating people, and getting them to take action… And a lot of what he does involves subconscious influence. In these two articles I’m going to reveal the techniques that are at work here – without passing judgment of course. In fact I’m actually deeply impressed by what he does – getting subconscious influence down so that you can perform it so easily on this level on stage in front of thousands of people requires at least a decade of practice. Here’s the video we’re going to analyze. If you’ve read […]
Read more →OK, this is going to be creepy. There are some movies, which apply trance induction patterns and other hypnotic techniques to have a huge effect on the viewer. So this is the first article of the Hypnotic Writing in Hollywood series. We’re going to take a close look at “The Cowboy Scene” in Mulholland Dr. by David Lynch. I’ll also provide a transcript and go through commenting on it line by line so that you’ll know what’s going on. Here’s a little background info. We’re in the scene where Adam meets the mysterious Cowboy. For those of you who haven’t seen the movie, Adam is a film director, who has refused to hire an actress for a specific position. The investors behind the movie come after him, and start tearing his life apart piece by piece, freezing […]
